Its hollow-ground blade is made of German 4116 stainless steel, cryo-quenched and with a Rockwell hardness of 56-57, so it holds an edge well and is easy to resharpen in the field. The Finn Bear knife features a strong point for piercing and plenty of belly for skinning and carving. It’s large and strong enough to field dress big game, yet thin and delicate enough to slice a tomato or an apple. The durable polypropylene handle has a modified diamond-shaped cross section that fits your hand like a glove and accommodates a wide range of grip styles. To carry your knife safely and comfortably in the field, we include a versatile, low-profile polymer pouch-style sheath that can be easily worn on a belt or stored in your backpack or tackle box.
