This revolutionary vane is the result of over 2 years of research in aerodynamics and material engineering. The Impulse is a super-low profile, lightweight, and highly durable vane. Thanks to its low profile, the Impulse has a 14% lower chance of hitting the arrow rest, and in case of contact, there is significantly less deflection of the shaft compared to similar vanes.<\/p>\n
The composite material of the vanes maintains its stiffness while being 50% lighter than Bohning’s standard material. This, combined with its low profile, makes the Impulse very efficient in strong winds and unstable conditions. This 2″ short-profile vane has been designed for field and compound 3D shooters at distances of up to 90m.<\/p>\n
Its slightly taller vane stabilizes the arrow in variable wind and weather conditions.<\/p>\n
