Return and Refund Policy
Below are the terms and conditions that govern the sales made by MoitoArchery through its website https://moitoarchery.com and its physical store.
Placing an order by any means means that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions of sale.
Purchase Process
Orders for home delivery must be placed in writing via email to: pedidos@moitoarchery.com or by using the shopping cart on the website moitoarchery.com. Once payment is made, you will receive confirmation of your order. If you do not receive this confirmation, please contact our customer service via email at pedidos@moitoarchery.com or by calling 617 391 506.
MoitoArchery reserves the right to modify or correct the conditions expressed in this Return and Refund Policy at any time without the possibility of claims from second or third parties.
When a product is out of stock on the website, it will be marked as “To inquire.” If the buyer is interested in purchasing this item, we can ask the Distributor to confirm stock availability and reserve the product. In this case, the buyer will need to pay a deposit of at least 30%. If an order is canceled, the customer will lose the amount paid as a deposit. For custom orders, delivery times may vary from 15 to 30 days, and MoitoArchery will not be responsible for any further delays that may occur.
Products and Prices
The prices of the items listed on our website https://moitoarchery.com are in Euros and include VAT. Due to market fluctuations, the prices displayed are subject to potential changes without prior notice.
The final price shown in the shopping cart includes shipping costs, unless stated otherwise in special offers that include it.
Special orders or products not listed in the MoitoArchery catalog will be invoiced according to the price offered in the commercial proposal, which must be valid at the time.
Bow Purchase
Purchasing a bow implies having a valid and current Sports Card in the name of the holder. These cards are the RFETA Federation cards (“Bow Ownership and Transportation Card” or “Archery Card”) and the Hunting Federation Card. If the buyer does not have any of these permits, they can purchase a bow ownership and transportation card at our store, both in-person and online.
Warranties
For the proper processing of the warranty for products purchased at MoitoArchery, it is essential to present the corresponding proof of purchase (Receipt or Invoice).
Warranties and spare parts for products may experience delays in delivery, as many products and manufacturers are located abroad.
All items are guaranteed in the form and time period established by the General Law for the Protection of Consumers 1/2007. Some products, such as strings, nocks, feathers, pins, dampeners, silencers, etc., and similar items, do not have a warranty.
Shipping origin
All our orders are prepared and shipped from Spain (Mainland).
Shipping to Europe
We ship to most countries within the European Union. If your country does not appear during the checkout process, please contact us to check if we can arrange the shipment.
Returns and Claims
To make a return, exchange, warranty claim, or file a complaint about a purchase, you must process the request via our email within 15 calendar days from the receipt of the order: pedidos@moitoarchery.com. If it is necessary to return the product, MoitoArchery will provide the coordinates for the return. The merchandise must be sent to our warehouse with shipping paid. MoitoArchery will not accept any merchandise that is sent with postage due, with costs, or without the instructions provided by customer service confirming the acceptance of the return.
In case of return or exchange, the product must be in perfect condition and returned in its original packaging, without any alterations.
The shipping cost of the order will not be refunded under any circumstances. Once the product is received and its condition evaluated, the refund, if applicable, will be processed within a maximum period of 10 days.
Delivery Times and Shipping Costs
Once the purchase order is received and payment is confirmed, the order will be prepared within 24 to 48 hours. After preparation, the shipment will be handed over to the courier service, which will deliver it within 24/48 hours to Mainland Spain and 72/96 hours to the Balearic Islands.
For shipments to Mainland Spain, a minimum shipping cost of €9.00 will be charged. Depending on the volumetric weight of the shipment, the corresponding rate will apply. For shipments to the Balearic Islands, a minimum rate of €19.80 will apply, and for heavier shipments, the rate will also depend on the volumetric weight. You can check the shipping cost on our website by adding the desired items to the cart.
We do not ship to the Canary Islands or Portuguese Islands. Orders are only accepted for delivery to Mainland Spain, Portugal, and the Balearic Islands.
Estimated delivery times:
- Spain (Mainland): 24–72 business hours
- Portugal and Balearic Islands: 2–4 business days
- European Union: 4–8 business days (depending on the country)
*Delivery times may vary during high-demand periods (Christmas, sales, etc.) or due to external factors such as customs, incidents, or transport strikes.
Shipping costs:
Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout based on destination and order weight. As a guideline:
- Spain (Mainland): from €8
- Portugal and Balearic Islands: from €10.90
- European Union: from €24.90
If you receive a package showing signs of being tampered with or damaged, please note it on the carrier’s delivery slip and check the contents immediately in the presence of the courier. It is very important to record any visible damage on the delivery slip, as this will be required for any claim. For national shipments, the claim period for visible damage is at the time of delivery, and for hidden damage, within 7 days of receipt. In such cases, we recommend noting “pending content inspection” on the delivery slip.
For orders involving bulky packages, we may use alternative shipping companies or carriers, which could result in delivery delays. Bulky shipments may require additional time for delivery.
Once the order leaves our premises, the shipping company becomes responsible for it. This includes issues such as breakage, package incidents, delays, etc.
We do not have access to the courier’s delivery schedules, nor can we guarantee that they will call before delivery. Each area and delivery driver operates differently.
Order Information and Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can check the shipping status at any time.
Important information:
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
- Please make sure the delivery address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect information provided.
- If the package cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable to the customer (incorrect address, repeated absence, etc.), the cost of reshipping will be charged to the customer.
Orders and Special Orders to the Distributor
Some products available in our store are offered on special order and are considered Special Orders. These items are not part of the regular stock and are specifically requested from the distributor once the order is confirmed.
Order Cancellations
Distributor Orders and Special Orders can only be canceled if the customer assumes the shipping costs already incurred by the transaction. Once the order process with the distributor has started, it will not be possible to cancel without incurring these costs, even if the product has not yet been delivered.
Estimated Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time for these products is 6 to 8 weeks, although it may vary depending on the manufacturer’s availability. These timeframes are due to the following reasons:
They are limited edition products, so production often begins only once a minimum quantity is reached.
They are goods usually shipped from outside Europe, which can increase transit and customs processing times.
