This vane is the result of over 2 years of research in aerodynamics and material engineering. The Impulse vane is a super-low profile, lightweight, and highly durable vane.

Thanks to its low profile, the Impulse has a 14% lower chance of hitting the arrow rest. Other tests show that, in case of contact with the arrow rest, there is significantly less deflection of the flight shaft compared to other similar vanes.

The composite material of the vanes (a technology typically used in the aerospace industry) maintains its stiffness while being 50% lighter than Bohning’s standard material. This, combined with its low profile, makes the Impulse vanes very efficient in strong winds and unstable conditions.

Although this vane was primarily designed for Olympic precision shooters, compound bow shooters are also very pleased with these vanes.
